油墨特性：
拥有高光高色泽，主要用于金属表面、白铁表面、不锈钢表面、玻璃表面、UV表面、强化表面、电镀表面等材料上，具有高色泽、高色彩、高遮盖力、高稳定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特点。
印刷：丝印移印均可。
表干及实干时间：表干时间自然挥发5-10分钟；实干时间在24小时以内(加专用固化剂)。
稀释及清洗：SV3慢干开油水、UVK1（移印开油水）同时可使用718洗网水清洗。
测试方法（完全干燥后）：
1、3m胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脱油;
2、纯度99%的工业酒精，一千克砝码用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力来回拉200次无脱色;
3、耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平来回擦500次。
使用方法：
1、使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时封闭；
2、搅拌时加开油水10-15%，稀释到印刷粘度如需自干加专用固化剂5%-10%.
3、网板塞网时可用洗网水清洗；
4、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用。
1、适用范围：本产品主要用于各种金属、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、电镀、阳极氧化铝表面、静电喷漆面及烤漆面等制品的丝印及移印；不需加固化剂，不需烘烤，即可获得优异的附着力。
2、产品特性：哑光、附着力佳、耐酒精、耐冲压。
3、稀释剂：用B-03专用稀释剂或783开油，用718洗网水清洗网版。
4、固化剂：可选择添加JS-10专用固化剂用于增加油墨附着力及物理化学抗性
5、油墨调配方法：开罐先搅拌均匀，取所需量油墨稀释到合适印刷粘度。如需添加固化剂，先加固化剂搅拌后静置10分钟，待油墨与固化剂完全交联后再进行稀释。
6、干燥时间：常温干燥，表干时间5-10分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，48小时后达性能，烤箱80℃烘烤30分钟性能更优。
7、添加固化剂后的使用时限：4-6小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收。
【性能检测】
1、3M胶带划百格测试：100%无脱落
2、耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。
3、耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回200次无脱色。
【注意事项】
1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。
2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。
3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，需要完全固化后方可检测。
4、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
6、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免皮肤直接接触。
7、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。
